Project Description
Al Jaheli Institute Rehabilitation project located at Al Jaheli Al ain. Renovation & implementation of civil works to Al Jaheli Institute calculated as per the received quantities & in accordance with approved delivery note or inspection/ acceptance / achievement certificate signed by ADVETI.t
The technical specification of the project included: (1) portable caravan two rooms with (1.1) one toilet & kitchen.
It composed of the following: roof, internal & external wall, main door, internal door, window, ceiling, based skid, floor, floor finish, outside color for skid and fasca, A/C split unit, light figure,2 gang socket, internet faceplate, toilet, toilet doors, exhaust fan, ironmongery, bathroom accessories, kitchen, plumbing & drainage pipes; (1.2) Portable caravan for storage facility area included external & internal wall, roof, main door, exit door, window, aluminum window, ceiling, A/C unit, exhaust fan, light fixture, 2 gang socket, internal faceplate. (for External Works included: water connection, electrical, piping internet cable, drainage pipeline, manholes, compaction, leveling transportation, install concrete, foundation block) (2) Kitchen and dining hall included: civil works, doors, ceiling, kitchen, building works (floor leveling & installation of walls) (3) Auditorium hall included: walls,doors, building works, electrical works and piping fixing. (4) create new male & female toilet (5) sunshade for football yard & basketball area (6) football play around (7) addition car parking shade (8) convert existing female canteen to Al Rowdah office and archive room (9) relocation of student services office to B1,R36 (10) Renovation with new design of block one main corridor and left wing corridor (11) create new male waiting area.
