Al Jasem Al Majlis Extension is located in Khalifa-A under contract with Mr. Jazem Alza’abi. The construction of projects included concreting; steel reinforcement; steel structure; top cover & ceiling; ceramic tiling; internal & external painting; A/C & electric fixing & wiring; sanitary & pipes lines fixing; windows & doors; bathroom accessories such as water heater & exhaust fans.
Al Naser Shed & Office
The project located at ICAD III plot 41NR27 under contract with Al Naser Technical Trading. Fabricated steel by Al Manaa Metal was used for the columns as well as the Sandwich panel which installed for the roof & side cladding.
Tajmeel Dental Clinic HQ Building
This project located at Alder Headquarter building under contract with Arco interiors. The expansion of the project made up of Steel Structure Work such as Steel Fabrication, Installation & Erection. It composed of Construction of Steel Mezzanine floor above 23rd floor; Supply & Apply light weight concrete & steel Structural framing with decking sheets & concrete for slab on the mezzanine for new meeting room.
Arco Villa (Moorfield Eye Center) & Nursery
Steel Modification Works for Project Moorfield Eye Hospital Abu Dhabi. The project composed of slab 1st floor level & roof floor level. From erection of existing steel structure to supplying all accessories of ground floor structure. The fabrication of Steel Beams & Base & End Plates was made by Al Manaa Metal Construction Company LLC. It also included painting & concreting civil works but MEP not scope of the work. For the expansion of the project, it included also the steel construction of MS Channels for Nursery.
Al Qamzee Villa
The construction of the villa composed of fabrication, erection and steel structure. All steel structure elements provided by the contractor along with AL MANAA METAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LLC
Gas Factory with Office Building
The project composed of erection, fabrication & steel construction of all steel elements. Expanded time due to removing all old structure and installation of new steel structure.
Al Manaa Metal Construction Office
The project which includes the following: design, fabrication & erection of all steel structure elements & Roof and Side cladding. The Fabrication & Installation of Sandwich Panel (roof & wall type) & Profile Sheets and all Steel beams & other kinds of metal works made by Al Manaa Metal Construction Company LLC. The concreting, painting, glass windows & Doors, water & electrical wirings, lights and ceiling accessories, plastering & plumbing, and also firefighting system was included in the project
